Tangible Personal Property Tax Exemptions: Proposes amendment to s. 3, Art. VII & creation of s. 32, Art. XII of State Constitution to provide additional exemption from ad valorem taxes on tangible personal property valued at more than $25,000 but less than $50,000, to authorize county or municipality to provide additional exemption from ad valorem taxation for tangible personal property by ordinance as provided by general law, & to provide effective date.
